About Our Services

What We Do

  • We allow up to 90 minutes per activity. Raids can be subject to increased time based on encounters.


  • We will schedule a day and time to go through the activity with you.


  • We are willing to teach you the encounters as needed.


  • We will do our best to make this as enjoyable as possible.


  • We will reschedule if anything happens to the fireteam due to unforeseen events.


  • We will Make Cayde PROUD!

What We DON'T Do

  • We will not recover your account and do it FOR you!

  • Account recoveries are a bannable offense. To view Bungie's reasoning click here.


  • We will not Guarantee a randomized drop, just the number of attempts allotted.


  • We will not tolerate trolls, actively wasting time, and rage quitting.

What is expected of you

  • Be courteous

  • Be professional

  • Be prompt

  • Be willing to learn

  • Be adequate power level

  • Have a Discord (for scheduling)

  • Age 18+ or parents' permission

  • Basic idea of the encounter

  • OPEN to loadout changes
